• Metastatic from other systems to oral cavity. - Treatment Planning: We assist in developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex oral and maxillofacial conditions, ensuring that all aspects of care are considered.
- Management of Oral Infections: We treat various oral infections, including viral, bacterial, and fungal infections.
- Pain Management: we assess and manage various oral and facial pain conditions, including trigeminal neuralgia and neuropathic pain, bone pain
- Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders: we evaluate and treat TMJ disorders, which affect the jaw joint similar to other joints and can cause pain and dysfunction.
- Salivary Gland Disorders: to diagnose and medically manage salivary gland disorders, including Xerostomia, Sjögren’s syndrome and salivary gland stones, excess salivation.
- Oral Cancer Screening
We conduct camps for screening oral premalignant lesions and oral cancer, which are crucial for early detection and treatment of oral cancers. - Management of OPMD’S: we focus on identifying and treating precancerous lesions, such as leukoplakia and erythroplakia, erosive lichen planus to prevent their progression to oral cancer.
- Tobacco Cessation Programs: we actively promote and support programs aimed at helping individuals quit smoking and using tobacco products, reducing the risk of oral cancer.
- Patient Education: We educate and councell patients about oral health, oral hygiene, and disease prevention to promote better oral health outcomes
- Diagnostic Biopsies/FNAC: We perform diagnostic biopsies /FNAC when necessary to confirm the nature of oral lesions and guide further treatment decisions.
- Multidisciplinary Approach: we often work closely with other dental specialties and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Collaborative Care: We often collaborate with oncology centre to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Preoperative and Postoperative Assessment: We assess patients’ oral and dental health before and after major surgeries, such as cardiac surgeries, to minimize infection risk.
- Radiological Imaging: providing various radiological services, including dental X-rays, panoramic radiography, hand wrist, skull views, occlusal views, and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) of the oral and maxillofacial region and also general xray like chest xray ect
- Specialized Imaging Modalities: we offer 3D imaging services using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) for precise diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Dental Imaging Interpretation: interpretation of dental and maxillofacial imaging to aid in treatment planning for various dental procedures, including orthodontics and oral surgery
- Dental Implant Planning: We assist in the planning and placement of dental implants, using radiological imaging to ensure precise implant placement
- Radiation Safety: to ensure proper radiation safety AERB specified protocols are followed during diagnostic imaging to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Radiology Quality Assurance: We maintain high standards of radiological imaging quality, ensuring accurate and safe diagnostic procedures with periodic quality check and maintainence
- Dental Radiology Training: We offer training programs for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students and professionals in the proper use of dental radiography equipment and techniques.
- Geriatric Oral Care: Some departments specialize in providing oral healthcare for the elderly population, addressing age-related oral health concerns.
- Dental Forensics: We are involved in forensic dentistry, helping in the identification of human remains through dental records and analysis through age estimations, gender identification chieloscopy, and rugoscopy.
