he Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Vishnu Dental College, Bhimavaram, successfully conducted a two-day CDE program titled “Contemporary Ceramic Veneer Workflow: Preparation to Precision Bonding” on 13th & 14th March 2026.
The program aimed to enhance knowledge and clinical skills in aesthetic dentistry, focusing on modern concepts, digital workflow, and precision bonding techniques. It was led by Dr. Akshay Sharma, an expert in aesthetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation, who shared valuable clinical insights.
The sessions included lectures on case selection, tooth preparation, digital workflow, and adhesive cementation, along with live clinical demonstrations and hands-on training. Interactive discussions further helped participants understand practical applications.
A total of 35 participants attended the program, including 20 for hands-on training and 15 for lectures and clinical demonstrations. The program received excellent feedback, with participants appreciating the clarity, practical exposure, and interactive learning experience.
The event was a great success, significantly contributing to improving participants’ clinical confidence and skills in veneer procedures. The department looks forward to organizing more such programs in the future.
