By combining the ability to quantify microstructure, understand mechanics and conduct detailed property measurements, it is possible to define the behaviour of materials and systems.

Research Area

  1. Developing nanoparticles for improving the quality of dental biomaterials including dental restorative materials, denture base materials, and impression materials.
  2. Fibre-reinforced composites.
  3. Synthesis and characterization of antimicrobial monomers.
