The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Vishnu Dental College, successfully organized a Zonal Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program on “Contemporary Chair-side CAD-CAM Dentistry: Digital Workflow for Class II Inlay Fabrication” on 18th April 2026.
The program commenced with registration and inauguration, followed by a series of expert lectures. Dr. D Praveen delivered an insightful session on strategic case selection and cavity preparation for ceramic inlays. Dr. Narasimha Rao G elaborated on the CERIC workflow and chair-side restoration techniques.
The academic sessions were complemented by live clinical demonstrations, allowing participants to gain hands-on exposure to digital workflows in restorative dentistry. The event concluded with an engaging clinical discussion and Q&A session.
The program witnessed active participation from delegates across the region and provided a valuable platform for enhancing clinical knowledge and skills in CAD-CAM dentistry.
