We, the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Vishnu Dental College celebrated this year Cons Endo day “Restore Smile, Restore life” with the motive of creating an awareness about our specialty to the patients and the dental community.
Competitions were conducted for the students in connection with the celebration.
T-shirt painting competition was organised on March 3rd. The theme ‘Role of beautiful smile’ was given for the participants to paint within a time limit of 1 hr. The judges for the session was Dr. Gowthami.
Face painting was organised on March 4th. The time limit given was 1½hrs. The participants painted on their partners face. The judges for the session was Dr. Swetha
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students enthusiastically participated in both the competitions.
On the Cons Endo day (March 5th), the post graduate students from the department made a beautiful Rangoli at the entrance of Block 3 in the college depicting the process of root canal treatment .There was a cake cutting ceremony in the department in the morning attended by the faculty members and the students.
The winners of the competitions were awarded the prizes.
